UPCOMING SHOWS
Saturday 19th May at The West Hill Hall, Compton Ave, Brighton
TANYA DAVIS / LIANNE HALL / STUART WARWICK

TANYA DAVIS
Acknowledged as the premiere poet in her home city of Halifax, Nova Scotia, Tanya Davis received enormous acclaim worldwide when the video for her single 'How To Be Alone' became a viral hit on Youtube, also winning prestigious awards in Canada.
Tanya's poetry and music is optimistic and heartwarming, yet focuses on issues many would consider dark.
Since her first show with us last year, Tanya was made Poet Laureate of Nova Scotia!

LIANNE HALL
Brighton favourite Lianne Hall plays beautifully crafted pop music. Once a member of the band Pico, Lianne was described by John Peel as having "one of the great English voices".
Lianne has also collaborated with Paul Hartnoll of Orbital.
This will be Lianne's last official show as a resident of Brighton!

STUART WARWICK
Heartbreakingly beautiful – the words that spring to mind when you hear Stuart Warwick sing. While he’s been compared to Thom Yorke and Billy Mackenzie we’d rather settle on Michael Wright’s (Brassica/Gold Blood) description – ‘delicate, bittersweet and uniquely his own’.
